Description

The growing crisis of employee burnout and turnover in the rental-housing industry prompted the National Apartment Association’s study to identify the status of employee mental and emotional wellbeing, the impact on personal and professional responsibilities, and the support employers currently provide. In this session, the NAA Mental and Emotional Health Survey analysis is revealed. Understand what multifamily housing employees have identified as their greatest challenges, learn from industry leaders and a mental health specialist on practical steps to recognize, and support the mental and emotional health of peers and employees.
