Leaders crave leadership and are through being overburdened and emotionally drained. Servant leadership must start with the leader serving themselves to build resilience that avoids burnout, resentment and energy depletion. This impactful session flips the script on what employees need, focusing on what the leader needs to move out of crisis and into progress. Good leaders are good examples, and it starts with understanding the new example of self-care and compassion. Hear strategies from facilitators who have walked the walk and share resilient realizations.
